Develop a job description and person specification for client approval.
Establish general terms, conditions, and remuneration package for the position, providing advice on current industry rates.
Agree on the recruitment timeline with the client.
Advertise the position on platforms such as the PGA, PGAs of Europe, or CMAE websites.
Utilize the AVGM database to identify potential candidates.
Receive and review all candidate applications.
Shortlist approximately 6 candidates for the first interview.
Further narrow down the shortlist to the final 2-3 candidates and share information with the client.
Coordinate face-to-face interviews, either at our headquarters in St Andrews or one of our international representative offices.
Conduct reference checks for preferred candidates.
Make the final recommendation to the client.
Negotiate the final package with the chosen candidate.
